To earn the Certified Knowledge Management (CKM) Certification, you must complete four courses, along with passing an open book test in each course.
Once the requirements have been met you will be recognized as a CKM Advisor and you may use your certification in your presentation materials, as well as your sales and marketing tools, to let your clients know that you are certified in crisis management and able to assist them and their loved ones in preparing for a disaster.
